Certification
Payment:
A deposit or the full payment is required to secure your training. Once your booking is received, we will email you with additional details.
Cancellation Policy:
All training course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Should you need to reschedule your course, please submit your request at least 20 days prior to the scheduled class. A rescheduling fee of $100 will then apply. For rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the class, the full course fee will be forfeited and a $500 fee will apply to reschedule. Additionally, same-day cancellations will also result in the loss of the entire course fee. We recognize that unexpected emergencies can occur, and we are happy to assess such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that all applicable rescheduling fees will still apply in these instances.
