• All training course fees are non-refundable.
• To reschedule, submit your request at least 20 days prior to the class. A $100 fee will apply for rescheduling.
• Within 72 hours of the class, a $500 fee will apply, and the full course fee will be forfeited for same-day cancellations.
• We understand that emergencies happen and will assess rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis, with all applicable fees still applying.
