Initial Fee
After the consultation, an initial fee of $2,500 grants you official authorization to train others on behalf of the YUMI brand. -
Comprehensive Training & Orientation
Trainers will participate in an intensive full-day training session designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality YUMI training to future professionals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Trainer may conduct YUMILashes USA authorized Lash Lift and Brow Lamination training courses only in accordance with YUMILashes USA protocols and standards.
Before conducting any training, Trainer must ensure that all required student information is submitted to YUMILashes USA. No training may be conducted without providing the required student information.
Trainer's first initial training may be subject to evaluation by a YUMILashes USA representative.
Trainer must conduct all courses according to YUMILashes USA protocols and must use YUMILashes USA products and tools during training.
Trainer must provide certified students with YUMILashes USA contact information, website information, and access to YUMILashes USA for future product purchasing.
Trainer may reproduce approved training materials solely for use in authorized YUMILashes USA training courses. All copyrights and ownership rights in such materials remain the exclusive property of YUMILashes USA.
- PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND CONDUCT
Trainer agrees to conduct all business and training activities ethically, honestly, fairly, and professionally.
Trainer shall perform all professional activities in a manner that protects and enhances the reputation of both Trainer and YUMILashes USA.
Trainer shall not make written, verbal, digital, or public statements or take actions that may damage, disparage, belittle, or negatively affect the reputation, goodwill, products, services, employees, trainers, distributors, or business interests of YUMILashes USA.
Trainer is expected to provide reasonable support, troubleshooting, guidance, and communication to students trained and certified through Trainer.
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Trainer is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, representative, partner, joint venturer, director, officer, CEO, or franchisee of YUMILashes USA.
Trainer is responsible for all licenses, permits, insurance, registrations, taxes, approvals, and other legal requirements applicable to Trainer's business and training activities.
Trainer is solely responsible for all expenses associated with operating Trainer's business.
- PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
Authorized Trainers are required to purchase a minimum of ten kits per order unless otherwise approved in writing by YUMILashes USA.
- TERM AND RENEWAL
Authorized Trainer status shall be valid for a period of one year, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable requirements established by YUMILashes USA.
The relationship may renew automatically unless otherwise notified by YUMILashes USA or Trainer.
YUMILashes USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to decline renewal of an Authorized Trainer relationship.
- TERRITORIAL LIMITATIONS
Trainer may conduct authorized YUMILashes USA training only within the country or territory for which Trainer has been approved.
Trainer may not purchase products in one country or territory for resale, distribution, or use in another country or territory without prior written authorization from YUMILashes USA.
Trainer may not conduct training outside Trainer's approved territory without prior written approval from YUMILashes USA.
Violation of territorial restrictions may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of Authorized Trainer status.
- STUDENT SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
Trainer is expected to maintain reasonable ongoing communication with students trained and certified through Trainer.
Trainer shall provide appropriate educational support, troubleshooting, and guidance relating to YUMILashes USA training and protocols.
Failure to provide required student support or repeated refusal to communicate with certified students may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination.
- YUMILASHES USA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Trainer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use YUMILashes USA trademarks, logos, training materials, proprietary information, photographs, videos, manuals, protocols, and other approved intellectual property solely for purposes related to authorized YUMILashes USA training and promotion.
This license remains valid only while Trainer is an active Authorized Trainer in good standing.
The license automatically ends if Trainer becomes inactive, is suspended, is terminated, or otherwise ends the Authorized Trainer relationship.
Upon termination or expiration, Trainer must immediately cease unauthorized use of YUMILashes USA proprietary information, trademarks, logos, materials, and other intellectual property.
YUMILashes USA may review or audit Trainer's use of proprietary materials to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF PROPRIETARY MATERIALS
Trainer may not sell, distribute, reproduce for commercial sale, or market promotional items, photographs, videos, literature, printed materials, digital materials, or other items containing YUMILashes USA proprietary information except as expressly authorized in writing by YUMILashes USA.
- BRANDING AND MARKETING
Trainer must identify themselves as an Independent Authorized Trainer for YUMILashes when using YUMILashes USA proprietary information in advertising or marketing.
Trainer must use logos and brand materials approved or provided by YUMILashes USA.
Trainer may personalize approved materials only in a manner that remains consistent with YUMILashes USA branding requirements and these Terms and Conditions.
Trainer may not modify YUMILashes USA branding, logos, trademarks, product names, or approved educational materials in a manner that may misrepresent the brand.
- PRODUCT PAYMENTS
All product orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing by YUMILashes USA.
YUMILashes USA may accept payment by credit card or other approved payment methods.
- SHIPPING COSTS
Trainer is responsible for all applicable shipping and handling costs associated with Trainer's product orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- NO REPACKAGING, RELABELING, OR ALTERATION
Trainer may not alter, relabel, repackage, dilute, transfer, divide, modify, or otherwise change YUMILashes USA products or kits.
Trainer may not transfer YUMILashes products into different containers, vials, or packaging for sale or distribution.
Trainer may not create unauthorized samples or testers from YUMILashes USA products.
Trainer may not remove items from official YUMILashes USA kits for resale as modified kits.
Products and kits must be sold and used in their original approved form.
- DAMAGED GOODS
If Trainer receives damaged merchandise, Trainer should:
- Accept delivery when appropriate
- Document visible damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves
- Take photographs of the damage
- Notify YUMILashes USA by email
- Provide photographs and requested documentation
- Retain damaged products and packaging for inspection
YUMILashes USA will determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis after the required information is received.
- PRICE CHANGES
YUMILashes USA product pricing, wholesale pricing, suggested retail pricing, training materials pricing, and sales materials pricing may be changed without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
- NO INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
Trainer shall not intentionally interfere with existing contractual or business relationships between YUMILashes USA and its distributors, sub-distributors, trainers, employees, contractors, suppliers, or other business partners.
- COMMUNICATION WITH MANUFACTURERS AND SUPPLIERS
Trainer may not directly or indirectly contact YUMILashes USA manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, vendors, or their employees regarding YUMILashes USA business, products, formulations, pricing, or supply relationships without prior permission from YUMILashes USA.
- UPDATED INFORMATION AND TRAINING MATERIALS
Trainer is responsible for remaining informed regarding current YUMILashes USA protocols, products, policies, training standards, forms, literature, and educational materials.
Trainer must provide accurate and current information to students.
When YUMILashes USA releases updated forms, manuals, protocols, or materials, such updated versions may replace prior versions.
- NON-COMPETING TRAINING DURING YUMILASHES TRAINING
While conducting, promoting, or participating in an official YUMILashes USA training course, Trainer may not offer or promote competing lash lift or brow lamination training, whether in person or online.
Trainer agrees that YUMILashes USA has a legitimate interest in protecting its training programs, educational materials, confidential information, and brand identity.
- NON-SOLICITATION AND NON-INDUCEMENT
Trainer shall not knowingly induce another Authorized Trainer, distributor, sub-distributor, employee, supplier, or business partner of YUMILashes USA to terminate or materially alter their business relationship with YUMILashes USA.
Any post-termination restriction shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- NO CIRCUMVENTION
Trainer may not attempt to avoid, circumvent, or defeat these Terms and Conditions through another person, business entity, account, company, or arrangement.
YUMILashes USA reserves the right to take reasonable action to enforce these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
- LIABILITY FOR TRAINING
Trainer conducts authorized training at Trainer's own risk and is responsible for Trainer's own conduct during training.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YUMILashes USA shall not be responsible for claims, damages, losses, or liabilities caused by Trainer's independent actions, negligence, misconduct, improper product use, failure to follow protocols, or failure to comply with applicable law.
Trainer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YUMILashes USA from claims arising from Trainer's unauthorized or improper conduct, subject to applicable law.
- LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YUMILashes USA and its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Authorized Trainer relationship.
Any limitation of liability shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- INDEMNIFICATION
Trainer agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless YUMILashes USA and its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, consultants, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, or court costs arising from:
- Trainer's business or training activities
- Trainer's breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Trainer's violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Trainer's misuse of YUMILashes USA products or materials
- Trainer's unauthorized representations or conduct
YUMILashes USA may exercise any rights of offset permitted by applicable law.
- ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, controversy, or claim between Trainer and YUMILashes USA may be subject to binding arbitration pursuant to the applicable dispute-resolution provisions agreed upon by the parties.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Where legally permissible, an invalid provision may be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
- ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
This Agreement and these Terms and Conditions may be executed electronically, by scanned signature, or by other legally recognized electronic means.
Electronic execution shall have the same force and effect as an original signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- EMAIL AND OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS
Official communications regarding these Terms and Conditions may be delivered by email.
Trainer is responsible for maintaining an accurate and current email address and for ensuring that YUMILashes USA communications are not blocked by spam or email filtering systems.
Trainer communications concerning these Terms and Conditions may be sent to:
Either party may update its contact information by written notice.
- RIGHT TO UPDATE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
YUMILashes USA reserves the right to amend, supplement, revise, replace, or otherwise modify its policies, procedures, educational standards, training protocols, product requirements, pricing, product availability, product formulations, marketing requirements, and other business processes.
Trainer agrees to comply with the most current policies and procedures communicated or published by YUMILashes USA.
Any amendment that adversely affects an Authorized Trainer shall become effective in accordance with any notice requirements stated by YUMILashes USA and applicable law. The existing agreement provides that detrimental changes take effect no earlier than fourteen days after publication.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Authorized Trainer Agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions and any incorporated written policies, approved protocols, training standards, and amendments, constitutes the agreement between YUMILashes USA and Trainer concerning the Authorized Trainer relationship.
Any amendment or exception must be made in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.
