Salon Policies

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:  In order to respect the time of both our guests and staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

If less than the required notice is given or if you are a no-show the day of your appointment, then 100% of your booked services will be auto-charged to the pre-authorized card on file. The charge cannot be applied to a future appointment date. 

Late Policy: Please note that clients arriving 15+ minutes late will incur a $50 late arrival fee at checkout, or the appointment may need to be cancelled and charged in full depending on staffing availability and the appointments/services scheduled after your reserved appointment time.
