Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Once an order is received, we kindly request a processing time of 1-3 business days. Please note that if an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 3pm PST, will be shipped out the following business day.
During sale periods, we anticipate a higher volume of orders, which may result in longer processing times.
EXPEDITED SERVICE:
Expedited orders must be placed by 9 am (PST) to start processing the same day. All orders received after 9 am PST will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that selecting expedited shipping will only reduce the transit time once the package has left our facility. The actual shipping time is dependent on the carrier and their delivery schedule.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, YUMILashes is not responsible for delayed delivery times due to bad weather, incorrect address given, unable to deliver, etc.
Once your tracking information becomes available, YUMILashes is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged packages. It is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the package arrives safely. Refunds are not issued on lost packages.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address (missing suite number, etc.), shipping fees will apply.
DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCTS:
If you believe an item listed on your invoice is missing, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery date and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hours from the delivery date. We require photographic proof of the damaged or faulty product to initiate the refund or exchange process.
It may be necessary for us to open a claim with USPS. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from a YUMILashes staff member.
